The course CSci 311, Automata Theory, was introduced into the Department's undergraduate curriculum in the late 1980's. The course was taught by Ms. Laurie Murphy for several years. Prof. Penny Rheingans taught the course in 1996 and 1997.
In spring 1998 the title of the course was changed to Models of Computation. Prof. Conrad Cunningham taught the course in 1998 and 1999.
